Meet Paul | CEO
With over 15 years of experience, Paul has built his career around more than simply getting the job done. For him, it’s never just about the money. It’s about delivering quality work, earning trust, and building lasting relationships with every customer.
Whether he’s answering calls, providing estimates, meeting with customers, or working with vendors, Paul stays personally involved to make sure each customer feels heard, respected, and confident in the work being done.
When he’s not working, there’s a good chance you’ll find him on the soccer field as Coach Paul, coaching his son’s team or on the sidelines cheering on his other son, nieces, and nephews.
Off the field, Paul is a devoted husband and dad who enjoys the simple things: movie nights, grabbing dinner with his family, and making the most of the moments they get together.
For Paul, the same values carry through both his work and his personal life: show up, take care of people, and do things the right way.

Debbie is the one helping keep everything organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. As our Office Manager, she helps connect our customers, crews, vendors, and management team so everyone has the information they need.
From answering calls and coordinating schedules to handling paperwork and keeping up with the day-to-day details, Debbie plays an important role in keeping the office and our projects moving forward.
She understands that great customer service starts with communication, patience, and making people feel taken care of. Whether she’s helping a customer with a question, getting information to the crew, or keeping everyone on schedule, Debbie is always ready to help.

Meet Patrick | Inspector
Patrick is one of the important sets of eyes behind every project. As our Inspector, he helps ensure the work being completed meets our standards for quality, safety, and attention to detail.
From inspecting job sites and identifying concerns to checking the details others might overlook, Patrick helps make sure our customers can feel confident in the work being done on their homes.
He understands that foundation work isn’t just about concrete, steel, and repairs. It’s about protecting someone’s home and giving them peace of mind.

Meet Ruben, our Project Manager and one of the people making sure every job stays on track from start to finish.
Ruben works hands-on with our crews, customers, and management team to coordinate projects, keep everyone informed, and make sure the work is moving in the right direction. Whether he’s checking in on a job site, working through an unexpected issue, or making sure the crew has what they need, he’s there to help keep things running smoothly.
For Ruben, managing a project is about more than staying on schedule. It’s about communication, teamwork, and making sure the customer feels confident throughout the process.
He’s the connection between what’s happening in the office and what’s happening in the field helping turn the plan into a job done right.
Meet Jacob | Social Media & Content Creator
Jacob is the creative eye—and often the voice behind the videos—that helps bring our work to life on social media. From capturing the progress of a big job to creating content that shows the people and hard work behind our company, Jacob helps tell our story from start to finish.
When he isn’t behind the camera capturing job sites and creating content, you can usually find him on the soccer field. Jacob serves as Coach Paul’s assistant, helping coach and encourage the next generation of players.
And when he’s not coaching from the sidelines, he’s trading the clipboard for cleats and playing soccer himself.
Whether he’s behind the camera, on the sidelines, or on the field, Jacob brings creativity, energy, and teamwork to everything he does.
